Set amidst beautiful landscaped gardens beside the River Loddon, the Mill House lends itself perfectly for your conference or event with access to the M3 and M4. Once delegates are here they can relax so that you have their full attention for a productive meeting or enjoyable leisure time.
The House itself dates back to 1823 and after careful restoration to its former Georgian glory, keeping the design of the high ceilings and large spacious rooms, the Mill House has lent itself naturally to become a renowned and fashionable restaurant and hotel whose charm and character is much in evidence.
Whether it’s a meeting room for two or theatre for two hundred, our conference rooms all offer a tranquil environment conducive to an attentive audience and a productive conference. You are ensured to be greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and professional service throughout your visit, to ensure your delegates are relaxed …and all objectives set for the day are achieved.
All four of our conference rooms are on the ground floor and have natural daylight. We are pleased to offer award winning cuisine, ample car parking, wireless internet access and elegantly decorated bedrooms, including executive rooms.
Rooms available at The Mill House include:
The Garden Room, which is a delightful, bright and spacious conservatory with beautiful views of the gardens and the river Loddon. This room has plenty of natural daylight but we do also provide a blackout facility for your convenience. It is ideal for a training day, informal reception or a presentation where the annexes may also be used.
The Cottage Suite is ideal for a private board meeting or training for a group of up to 16 delegates. The room, a convenient L-Shaped providing a syndicate area, is fully self-contained with a separate entrance and private patio.
The Dukes Suite, with its large bay windows and high ceilings is ideal for a board meeting up to 10 delegates, a one-to-one interview, or private working dinner.
The Duke’s Marquee overlooks the gardens and boosts a full bar service and dance floor. Toilet facilities and a spacious car park are to the rear. If it is a sales seminar the surroundings will only add to your clients mood for extravagance
